Bates Recital Hall

Located on the third floor of the Music Recital Hall, Bates Recital Hall is the main venue for our large ensembles, from orchestras and big bands, to chamber ensembles and solo recitals. Bates is also home to the school’s Visser-Rowland organ, one of the largest tracker organs in the country. Auditorium-style venue with wooden walls for university recitals and concerts (often free) of classical and jazz music.
