Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas

At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, we create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

We match young people ages 6 to 18 with caring adult mentors (Bigs) based on shared interests, values, and personalities. Bigs and Littles meet 3–4 times per month—mostly in person—for at least one year, though many matches last much longer.

As these relationships grow, they become powerful sources of encouragement and connection. Mentoring opens doors to new experiences, life skills, and confidence. With a trusted mentor by their side, Littles are better able to discover their strengths and envision their future.
