Capital City Soccer Club

The Cap City Jr Academy program is for our Under 7 through Under 10 age groups. In the 2025-2026 year, this will serve our boys and girls players born in 2016-2020. Players are assigned to a team based on birth year and ability level. Training focuses on a fun approach to learning the technical and foundational skills that we find necessary to set a player up for enjoying the sport and setting a high ceiling for their development.

Our select program is for boys and girls players that compete in local or state competition. Our teams are formed each year through a tryout process that takes place in May and we are part of the USYS League structure. Our club philosophy and player development principles are established with our MLS Next Directors and staff and passed along and executed by our select staff.
