Capital Area Aquatics

Capital Area Aquatics is a competitive swim team in Cedar Park/Austin, Texas area. Our year-round, swim team includes programming for swimmers ages five through high school. The mission of our swim program is to nurture and develop our swimmers for success in competition and in life. Our focus is always centered on the swimmer’s long-term development as an athlete and swimmer. We believe that stroke technique is the single most important factor in a swimmer’s development, so we meticulously follow training progressions in each practice group to ensure that our athletes have a solid foundation in all four strokes to set them up for long-term success in swimming.
